One kitchen. One very good idea.

Sweet Root began around a kitchen table. We were roasting sweet potatoes for friends, passing plates, and asking the same question: how can something so simple taste this good? We wanted a little place that felt just like that evening.

So we imagined a neighbourhood store where the sweet potato gets the spotlight. A place for golden fries, slow afternoons, and trying something new. No fuss. Just thoughtful cooking and a warm welcome.
